A SAMPLE OF WHAT’S TO COME: A preview of A Taste of Burlington (Feb. 23-March 8), a showcase of world culinary culture involving 17 local restaurants, was held last Thursday at the Locust Street office of Tourism Burlington. Among those taking part in a sneak preview sampler of the fine food to be showcased starting later this month are, from left, Gary Chin, chef at The Dickens; Franco Giudice, head chef at Lezley’s Chaps; Rick Zimmermann, owner of The Dickens; and Bubba Nicholson, chef at Rude Native. All were tasting samples from The Dickens.
