What a better way for the Rude Native in Waterloo to showcase their up coming Summer Menu selections than at the Annual Jazz Festival fundraising event held in the CIGI building in Waterloo on Friday April 17,2009.

The Rude Native gave a sneak preview of two of their upcoming summer menu items. Jumbo Cajun Shrimp, served on jalapeno corn bread drizzled with a peppercorn bourbon demi glaze & The Summer Salad, baby greens in a radicchio cup with fresh Ontario fruit in a light Pinot Noir vinaigrette, topped with oven roasted cashews.

Be sure to attend the Rude Native Waterloo Patio Opening Party on May 30th. The good people from Carlsberg will be on hand from 4-7pm with samples, and the launch of the Rude Natives Summer menu.
