One of the great advantages to the Rude Native being located right next to the Waterloo Public Square is that every Thursday evening our chefs have the Farmers Market right at their finger tips. Each Thursday Rude Native GM Charity Bohnert along with Chef Laura go perusing the Market for the freshest ingredients which are then used to create Daily Soups and menu Features. It is such a luxury to be able to walk around, maybe not even knowing what your looking for until you find it, then creating great food from Farmers Produce and supporting local Farmers at the same time...all this literally outside your door step.
