Holiday Martinis

Spiked Eggnog Martini

1oz Lambs Navy dark rum

½oz Navan Vanilla Liqueur

½oz Kahlua Hazelnut

Splash of Eggnog

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a chocolate straw broken in half.

Mango Pomegranate Cobbler Martini (Hidden Desire)

1oz Absolute Mango

½oz Vanilla Vodka or Vanilla Liqueur

½oz Pomegranate Liqueur

Splash of Lime Juice

Splash of Mango Juice

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with three fresh pomegranate seeds at bottom of glass

(Tip: to remove seeds from pomegranate, cut in half, turn open side down and smack the back of the pomegranate repeatedly with a heavy spoon.)
